A 6-3, 235-pound red-shirt senior linebacker from Orangeburg, S.C., is coming off a brilliant season in which he led the team in tackles with 120. Pough also recorded 21.0 tackles for losses behind the line of scrimmage, ranking him second in the MEAC and eighth overall in the country.

In 2010, Pough served notice that he was to be reckoned with, recording 100 total tackles and 28.5 tackles for losses to rank him No. 1 in the FCS (Football Championship Subdivision) and in the MEAC in that category. He is on schedule to break several school marks during the 2012 season.
For his career, Pough has 257 total tackles, 52 tackles for losses and 17 sacks. He joins Norfolk State standout, OT Blake Matthews as the only MEAC players named to the first team.
