The honors continue to roll in for Keith Pough, who has been named to the College Sporting News 2012 Fabulous Fifty FCS All America team. It marks the second straight season that Pough has been named to the team, which features the top players from the FCS schools.
Pough, who set a new FCS record for career tackles for losses, has also been named to the 2012 Sheridan Broadcasting Network (SBN) Black College All American team, also for the second straight year. The SBN Annual Awards banquet will take place on February 16, 2013 in Atlanta, GA.
Pough will receive yet another honor on February 8 when he will be honored as the Pigskin Club of Washington Metropolitan Player of the Year. The awards banquet will take place at the Capital Hilton Hotel in Washington, DC.
Damon Gresham Chisholm has been named to the College Sporting News FCS freshman All America team. A 6-3, 249-pound freshman defensive end, Chisholm was the MEAC Rookie of the Year and a first team all-conference selection, and was ranked among the nation's best in tackles for losses and in forced fumbles. Last season, HU quarterback Greg McGhee was selected to the team.
