Women's Lacrosse

The Howard Lady Bison LaCrosse team lost 19-6 to Monmouth this past Sunday.  Monmouth began the game on a 5-0 scoring run, and the Bison could not catch up from that point on.   Iram Abdullah got Howard on the board at the 20:14 mark of the first half, but MU rattled off three straight tallies to take an 11-3 halftime advanatage enroute to the victory. 

The Lady Bison had six different players score and were led by Megan Fitzgerald who had 1 goal and an assist.  Biance Lamar, playing in goal, made nine saves for Howard.  The Lady Bison play next against Wilmington College in Wilmington, DE on March 10th.
