THE GAME: This is a conference match-up between the Bison of Howard University and the Eagles of Coppin State University.  The Bison (2-14) are trying to recover from a 90-58 loss to Morgan State University on Saturday, January 9th.  The Eagles (5-8) are also trying to recover from a 69-67 loss to Hampton University on Saturday, January 9th.  This is the 54th meeting between these two teams with the Eagles having a 35-19 advantage.

THE COACHES: Howard is coached by Gil Jackson (Elizabethtown, '69), who is in his 5th season and has a 32-107 career record.  Coppin State is coached by Ron Mitchell (Coppin State '94), who is in his 24th season at Morgan State with a overall record of 376-329.
