HARTLEY, DEL. - Sophomore Calvin Thompson was named the Heritage Sports Radio Network's (HSRN) National Player of the Week, it was announced today.

Thompson (G, 6'3, 180-So., New Orleans, LA) - Averaged 24.0 points and 9.5 rebounds, leading the Bison to a 2-0 week.  His big game was 33 points and seven rebounds in their 82-77 win over N.C. A&T.  Thompson finished with 395 votes and Menji Mundadi (Alabama St.) 254.

The Bison are back in action on Saturday when it hosts Florida A&M at 4 p.m.
