HOUSTON, TEXAS - Air Force defeated Howard, 4-0 in the opening round of the HBU Classic in Houston, Texas. The Bison wrap up tournament action on Sunday with a contest against San Jose State.

The Falcons held a 12-5 advantage in shot attempts. For HU,  Phillip Borde led the way with two shots on goal.

Idriss Sesay, Lamar Hyde and Matt Marshall took one shot each.

Senior goalkeeper Victor Thomas had four saves in 90 minutes of action for the Bison (2-7)

Air Force (4-3-1) got two goals from Garrett Getschow. Kyle Moses and Kevin Durr scored at the 18:52 and 51:37 marks, respectively.

HU's matchup against San Jose State is slated for Noon (CST) at Sorrels Field.
