Norfolk State Sofball Classic Cancelled

The Howard softball team will not travel to the Norfolk State tournament this weekend. The Spartan Classic softball tournament scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, March 13-14 has been cancelled due to heavy rain storms expected in the Hampton Roads area. [more]

Howard Falls to Winthrop; Ledet Named to All-Tournament Team

Howard wrapped up action at the Buzz Classic with a 5-1 loss to Winthrop Sunday afternoon at Twin Creeks Complex. Senior catcher Aisha Ledet was named to the All-Tournament team for her efforts. [more]

Bison Drop Pair of Games at Buzz Tournament

Howard dropped a pair of games on the second day of the Buzz Tournament on Saturday. The Lady Bison lost to Seton Hall 10-6 in their first game of the day and then suffered a 4-2 setback at the hands of Western Kentucky in the second game. [more]

Howard Nipped by Rhode Island, UNC Greensboro on Opening Day of Buzz Classic

Howard was nipped by Rhode Island (URI) and UNC Greensboro (UNCG) on the opening day at the Georgia Tech Buzz Classic. The Bison dropped a 14-13 contest to URI in eight innings and were later edged 1-0 in the nightcap. [more]

Lady Bison Downed By Georgia State

The Howard softball team dropped a pair of contests to Georgia State Thursday afternoon in Atlanta, Ga. HU dropped the first contest 6-0 before falling 10-1 in the nightcap. [more]
