Bison Men Compete at Last Chance Meet

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Stephen Small-Warner and the 4x400m relay squad vied for NCAA qualifying marks at the Tar Heel and Aggie Classic hosted by UNC and North Carolina A&T on Saturday.

Small-Warner's jump of 6.86m in the long jump was good enough for a fifth-place finish, but did not qualify the junior for NCAA Regionals.

The 4x400m relay squad placed first in 3:14.87.

Howard will next compete at the 2009 NCAA Regional Championships, hosted by North Carolina A&T in Greensboro, N.C. on May 30-31.
