Buckley Named MEAC Track and Field Athlete of the Week

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. - Junior Landria Buckley was named the MEAC Track and Field Athlete of the Week, the league announced today. It was the second time this season that Buckley has garnered the honor.

Buckley won the 100m hurdles at the Colonial Relays in 13.69, which ranks first in the MEAC in that event this season. She also anchored the 4x400m relay team that took home second place honors with a time of 3:44.96. As a team, the Lady Bison finished 10th out of 24 teams.

Howard travels to Virginia for the Lou Onesty meet on April 11.
