PRINCESS ANNE, MD. - Howard fell 3-0 (25-19, 25-16, 25-16) to Maryland Eastern Shore in a league decision Friday night in Princess Anne, Md. The loss snapped a six-match win streak for the Lady Bison.

HU was led by Gazelle d'Artois, who finished with a team-high seven kills. Setter Grace DeMichelis had 19 assists and Nicole Brown added a match-high 10 digs.

Whitney Johnson paced the Hawks with 10 kills. Christine Edwards added eight kills and setter Christina Estebane' chipped in 27 assists, nine digs and three kills.

Howard returns to conference action on Sunday with a matchup against Coppin State in Baltimore at 2 pm.
