THREE LADY BISON RECEIVE WEEKLY MEAC HONORS

WASHINGTON, D.C. (www.howard-bison.com) – December 21 – Howard University freshman Imani Bailey earned Rookie of the Week honors, while seniors Cheyenne Curley-Payne and Kara Smith were named "Top Performers" on Monday, Dec. 17 by the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference.
Bailey attained her first Rookie of the Week honor following her career-high 15-point outing during HU's 61-60 loss to George Washington on Saturday, Dec. 15.
Howard concludes the calendar year at Pepperdine on Friday, Dec. 21 at 1:00 (PST) in Malibu, Calif., and at Ohio State on Sunday, Dec. 30 in Columbus, Ohio at 2:00 p.m.
