PERRY HALL, MD. - Howard competed at the Morgan State bowling invitational on Feb. 14-15 in Perry Hall, Md., and took down two opponents during the two-day tournament.

The Bison went 0-5 in individual head-to-head action on day one, falling to St. Francis NY (809-758), Bowie State (763-640), Central Missouri (951-699), Fairleigh Dickinson (719-659) and Vanderbilt (986-766).

Shayla Haynes knocked down 735 total pins while Trishanna Thomas finished with a 687 total pinfall.

Howard defeated Lincoln (Pa.) in baker action on day two and later took down North Carolina Central.

The Bison dropped baker matchups to St. Peter's, FDU and New Jersey City.
