HYATTSVILLE, MD. (www.howard-bison.com) – March 4 – The Howard University women's bowling team concluded the regular season by hosting the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Northern Division Meet in Hyattsville, Md., on March 2-3.

On Saturday, March 2, Howard participated in standard team, beating Hampton (843-825) and falling to Coppin State (842-838), Morgan State (831-739), Delaware State (850-793), and Maryland Eastern (957-810).

Moneshia Smith led the Lady Bison with a team-high 849 pinfall.

On Sunday, March 3, HU hosted baker's play.  Howard overpowered Morgan State (649-626) and Delaware State (710-606).

Howard will head to Chesapeake, Va., for the MEAC Bowling Championships on March 22-24 at the AMF Bowling Lanes.
