LEWISBURG, PA. - The Howard lacrosse team lost the battle of the Bison to Bucknell, 21-8, in its regular season finale on the road at Graham Field.

After Desiree Cox scored a quick goal 12 seconds in the first period, Bucknell responded with three straight goals of its own to bring the score to 3-1.

Bucknell was able to find the goal seven more times in the first half and made the halftime margin 10-5.

Cox had a big day offensively scoring six points on six goals. Ashley Lawrence added a pair of goals and Lauren Rivers chipped in one assist.

Howard (2-12, 0-6 NLC) is off for a few weeks before returning to action on April 30 at the NLC Tournament.
