WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Lady Bison dropped its second matchup against South Carolina State on Tues. Oct. 19 at Greene Stadium. With the loss, HU drops to 5-8 overall and 2-2 in the GWC.

Although Howard finished with 18 shots – including five on goal – the Lady Bison fell short each time. Cheyra Bell made five saves on the day.

Nine HU players managed shots with Retha Koefoed leading the way with three. Jordan Brown took two shots with one on goal, while Brittany Peebles had two shots including one on goal.

Howard will host Delaware State for its final home match of the season on Sun. Oct. 24 beginning at 4 p.m.
