How to take Espidifen safely, according to the AEMPS

7. If you have bleeding or blood clotting disorders.
8. In case of severe heart failure.
9. If you are in the third trimester of pregnancy.
10. In case of severe dehydration caused by diarrhea, vomiting or insufficient fluid intake.

How to take the medicine safely

To take Espidifen safely it is necessary to follow the administration instructions indicated by your doctor, as well as the guidelines set out in the leaflet of the medication itself. In case of any doubt, consult your doctor.

The AEMPS recommends not suspending treatment before the time indicated by your doctor, as it could interfere with the expected results. Likewise, it is not advisable to extend the treatment longer than the scheduled time.

Your doctor will have the power to increase the dose to take depending on the patient's situation. However, the AEMPS explains that in any case the maximum daily dose of Espidifen should not exceed 2. 400 ibuprofen mg in adults and 1. 600 mg in adolescents of 14 to 18 years.
