Tombs of Amascut, or Raids 3 as we like to call them, is one of the most anticipated content in 2022 OSRS. To unlock this activity, you will need to complete the quest. This will allow you to face new enemies as well as get valuable new/old items that can be converted into GP. To prepare for Raids 3, you can complete Beneath Cursed Sands to gain access to a new area in the Kharidian Desert. To ensure you have the right gear for Raids 3, you will need to raise your combat level.
Jagex is committed to listening to players and collecting feedback on the possible rewards for Tombs of Amascut. The comparison of the rewards for other raids (Chambers of Xeric, Theatre of Blood) has been a critical factor. You can also earn a lot of GBP by performing the other raids. You can also hit the jackpot by grabbing one of the rarest and most valuable drops, the Twisted Bow or Scythe of Vitur. They are worth more than a billion dollars and half a million OSRS gold. Raids 3 should get something similar to theirs. Although we are unable to predict its GE price at this time, we can forecast it to be high.
Shadow of Tumeken
Shadow of Tumeken completes the trio of range, melee and magic BIS weapons. This weapon is a future best in-slot magic weapon that will redefine and refine Magic as a combat skill. To use the proposal, you must have level 85 Magic. It also gives a plus 35 Magic attack bonus. You also get a plus 20 Magic defense bonus, without any negative bonuses for Stab, Slash or Crush, Ranged attack, defense, and ranged attack. It also offers a plus 1 prayer bonus and an attack rate of 5.
Jagex’s blog post explains that the Shadow of Tumeken will have special effects such as “when the Shadow of Tumeken has been equipped, Magic Strength from gear triples” (capped at 100 per cent Magic strength). This extraordinary Magic weapon also doubles the Magic accuracy.
This item is so powerful, you can only use it in PvM. It will allow you to make use of your Chaos and Soul Runes, which is what you’ll need in order to charge it and to use the spell. It can attack at a speed of 5 ticks. It is also interesting to note that Magic accuracy is currently not useful when fighting off meta enemies like bosses, who aren’t particularly vulnerable to Magic, but have a moderate or high Magic resistance.
Your DPS would be lower if you had to fight a boss who isn’t vulnerable to Magic than if melee or range. This is no longer true with the magic weapon’s boosts. This will make Magic more powerful against bosses and monsters like:
- TzKal-Zuk
- Demonic gorillas
- Commander Zilyana
- Kree’Arra
- Cerberus
- Kalphite Queen (Flying).
- Alchemical Hydra
- K’ril Tsutsaroth
The Thread of Eldinis and the Breach of the Scarab
These are non-tradeable rewards you won’t be able get anywhere else than Raids 3. The Thread of Elidinis has been a highly requested item. It will allow you to increase your Rune Pouch to hold four types of runes.
The Breach of the Scarab is another untradeable item that you can obtain from Tombs of Amascut. This jewel can be used to upgrade the Keris Partisan reward you get from Beneath Cursed Sands to make it a better choice against desert bugs.
Osmumten’s Fang
Osmunten’s Fang, a melee weapon, stands out among the rest because of its high accuracy. According to the proposal, the Fang will have a double roll accuracy. This is in addition to its stats. The passive effect of the Fang makes it an excellent choice for killing the Corporeal Beast to obtain great loot, including some worth more than a billion OSRSGP. The Osmumten’s Fang could be useful in dealing with other foes. You might even find a way to earn more OSRS gold. Jagex has offered high-value items that can be traded with a very rare drop chance, and exceptional untradeable items that have a decent drop chance. It is refreshing!
